Buyer FAQ
MOQ is 500kg per SKU for most products. For new customers, we can arrange smaller trial orders of 100–200kg to allow product testing before a full commercial order.
Yes. We ship product samples (approximately 100-200gr per variety) to qualified importers. Sample cost is covered by VNPROMISE; buyer covers express shipping (DHL/FedEx). Samples dispatched within 3 business days.
Standard terms: 30%-50% deposit, the remaining balance by irrevocable LC at sight.
For established partners (after 3+ orders): 30% deposit, 70% against B/L. We accept T/T wire transfer and LC at sight.
We support CIF ; CRF. We work with trusted freight forwarders and can recommend logistics partners for CIF shipments if needed.
Standard export documentation includes: Certificate of Analysis, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin (Form upon customer’s request), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Fumigation Certificate when required.
Yes. Our facility is FDA registered. We provide prior notice for all US-bound shipments and our import alert history is clean. We can supply the FDA registration number upon request.
Absolutely. We welcome audits by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or your own quality team. We provide advance documentation and factory access. Remote video audits also available for initial evaluation.
Our maximum capacity is approximately 5 tons per day. So the production lead-time basically depends on the request.
However, Standard lead time is 5-7 working days for 20ft container from order confirmation and deposit receipt. Established partners with regular orders can benefit from pre-production planning and shorter lead times.
